When I first met Drew, it was on one of my many outings from New York, back to Philadelphia. Philly just happens to be the last major city I lived in before finally committing to New York and the idea of building a career out of thin air, in one of the hardest cities in the country.
I come back to Philly often. Mostly to ride mountain bikes, catch up with friends I don’t get to see enough of, and really just hang out in a slower paced city. I met Drew through one of my oldest friends, Ryan Filson, who’s shared some amazing work here on the site, and been in a few stories as well. They actually both work at Timecycle Courier together. Drew showed up to hang out with one of the chillest demeanors, and probably one of the raddest, most perfectly beat up work bikes I’d seen in a while.
