A couple weeks ago I went up to Boston with a cross bike, a bag, a hammock, and a blanket to ride and shoot an Adventure Team ride for Firefly Bicycles. I had one of the best weekends catching up with old friends and meeting new ones. So many amazing people I don’t get to see enough of.
Since I moved out of Boston for the last time about 4 years ago, my good friend John Tomai had gotten a job with Seven Cycles and has been working on some amazing projects with them since being there. My friend Brad of Geekhouse Bikes had moved over to Seven in that time as well, and the cycling community continued to evolve. I could not be more grateful for a tour of Seven, and to see so many incredibly talented people under one roof with decades upon decades of combined experience. It was an amazing experience to see how meticulous and well refined their process for building beautiful custom bikes is.
